My feet! Ignore the old nail polish, huge callous, and bunions (thanks, genes!). Do you see anything else noteworthy? Look at the toe next to the big one on my left foot. Totally swollen.
This is my first training injury since starting the blog. I was on my way out for a run when I felt some pain on my foot. This random toe somehow got sprained or strained (or broken?). After a pow wow with my mom and sister, I decided it was okay to run on it as long as the pain wasn’t bad. Famous last words?
