The Ironman is a 140.6 mile triathlon: a 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike, and 26.2 mile run. Ironman Wisconsin is held each September in the capitol city of Madison. Follow the training adventures of three locals--Camila, Eileen, & Erica--as they train for Ironman 2012.
